Listen. if you aren't one of these pulled pork snobs (you know who you are, just stop it) this is the last pulled pork recipe you'll ever need. It is RIDICULOUS.
My pro tip: get it seared REALLY GOOD. Like, just short of burnt. And scrape the bottom like your OCD kicked in when deglazing.
If you want the vinegar based coleslaw recipe it's this:
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon celery SEED (seed. Not salt)
1 teaspoon mustard seed
Boil
Cool
Mix with the cut up cabbage and whatever else you like in it
Chill till it's cold. Or not. Good either way.
