This was so amazing! Hubby says his favorite pasta dish yet and I've made a lot. The red pepper flakes really add to it. I didn't have cream cheese so used sour cream.
Made it again with the cream cheese and it really makes the difference. Don't like sun dried so I used regular tomatoes. Will make this again! Ps pasta cooks perfectly
