This was such a delicious and simple to make, i covered the salmon in sweet chilli stuck it in the oven and was able to focus on my veggies and rice. I was lazy and microwaved my veg, but if i was less lazy i’d definitely boil them to make a perfect meal. Salmon fell apart in my mouth and the texture was beautiful! Could have used more spice though. Such a nice and simple way to enjoy salmon :)
