The pan was empty in under 15 minutes! It was relatively easy to make, but I won't be able to make it often (sadly) because it wastes egg whites. I did not use nutmeg but added a bit more cinnamon. Instead of the bread the recipe called for, I used a few slices of white bread.

Egg whites don't need to be wasted! Save them! Freeze them in a small plastic container or even a snack size baggie. They freeze well! Use them for recipes that only need egg whites like breading chicken wings...
