This is a tasty recipe. We took the previous suggestion and paired it with rice.
We had thicker chops and cooked them for 15 minutes.
Next time we will probably halve the amount of cayenne pepper. Boy, did it soak into the green beans and they were spppiiccyy.
One other suggestion is to use either 4Tbs of oil OR 4 Tbs of butter to saute. Both made for a very intense few moments of lots of sizzling and popping! We finally smartened up and added the lid that came with our Instant Pot. You might also use a different oil to saute because ours was pretty smokey.
