Yeah. I have. It just felt very dry to me, which was why I made the comment because it said creamy. The directions were kind of confusing too. It said to make the creole seasoning in step 1 and then add more seasoning in step 3. Just felt like it made it overly dry for me. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm not speaking to the creaminess of the dish, tho next time try to add half a cup of greek yogurt. I'm talking about the seasoning. Cajun food IS heavy handed, it's incredibly seasoned and anything else is underseasoned.

Oh, I get that. We eat a lot of ethnic food (Indian, Thai and Korean), which is very seasoning/flavor heavy. I loved the flavor, but felt it lacked the “creamy” piece, which I was expecting.
