My husband liked this too. Nxt time I will change the timing. I will make sauce 1st, put bn squash in the oven, then start browning meat, add brussel sprouts to oven, then add meat once browned completely. We had bn squash for dessert.
Also, really blend that sauce. I actually cooked the remaining portion down to make it thicker just before serving. We will make this again. BN squash is good, but kind of a pain to cut up.
