Was a little over zealous with my tbsp, ended up with two trays of 8 each, takes a little longer in the oven but boy is it worth it! When it says smush it down, really smush it down. First batch had thumb prints and high ridges. Second batch much more flat!

Under 30 minutes

I use a 2tbs scoop and only get about 15 cookies so I double the recipe and throw some sprinkles in it....cause who doesn't like sprinkles ???
