Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot over medium heat, add the butter. Move around until it is completely melted, then add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.

Then, add the marshmallows and gently stir until they are almost completely dissolved. Then, add the drops of ube extract and continue to stir until fully dissolved.
Step 3
Remove the large pot from the heat and add the puffed rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Gently fold the mixture until well coated.
Step 4
Then, add the white chocolate and fold again.
Step 5
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray or lay down a layer of parchment paper. Then, add the rice krispies mixture. Use a spatula to gently press the mixture down so it has a flat surface.
Step 6
Let sit for 1 hour, then cut into squares and enjoy your ube rice krispie treats.
