Forgot to take a picture before we dug in, but this was a big hit at our Christmas dinner. I removed the seeds from 3 of the 4 jalapeños and it was the perfect amount of jalapeño flavor without too much spiciness. I also used 3/4 of the red pepper instead of 1/2. Bread is moist and delicious, would make a tasty side or is good on its own.
