2 boxescornbread mix
2eggs

⅔ cupwhole milk
½ cupcanned peaches in syrup
chopped, drained
1 tablespoonPeach Preserves
2 teaspoonschili-lime seasoning
2scallions
chopped

For the Glaze
Instructions
Step 1
For the batter: Add the cornbread mix to a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, peaches, chili-lime seasoning, and scallions in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour a scant 1/2 cup of the batter into each of the loaf pans and bake for about 20 minutes.
For the glaze
Step 3
Add peach preserves and lime juice to melted butter. Mix well. Remove the cornbread from the oven and immediately brush the glaze on top of the loaves. Allow it to soak in. Serve warm.
