Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes

They tasted great, but I just have 3 things to recommend: 1) Make sure you have 2x packs of cream cheese, not 1. 2) I would spray the muffin cups so they come out better. 3) Mine needed a bit longer in the oven to set, closer to 28-30 min instead of 22. Would deffo make again though and my partner absolutely loved them!

Love these!! They're quick to make and very delicious. Only took 19 mins on convection. I ended up adding 10 chopped cookies instead of 6 as it didn't seem like enough to me... no amount of Oreos is ever enough! I'm looking forward to trying these with different Oreo flavours, especially mint!!
