Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Delicious, I used all chicken soup instead of using milk it made the sauce lovely and creamy

I did change a few things upon reading the reviews. I used a precooked Rotisserie Chicken. I sautéed half an onion in place of the minced onions, used hatch chili queso in place of milk and added some extra seasoning. My family LOVED this meal. We will keep it in rotation from here on out. This is a perfect potluck, get together or family meal. Thanks for sharing it!

We liked it but it was a bit bland. I’ll add jalapeños next time

I added green enchilada sauce to the layers and it tasted so good! But it did make it a little runny so next time I'll add less milk.

Quite good. I didn’t add the milk and just mixed everything, except the tortillas and cheese, together. Next time I’ll halve the recipe because it’s more than the four of us can eat.

WOW!!! Absolutely one of the BEST recipes I've made to date! It is incredibly flavorful and makes plenty of leftovers, which is amazing. It was even better today than it was yesterday. The way the shell edges got crisped makes it! Highly recommend that you try it!
