Italian Lemon Cookies

Very good and very lemony almost like a fresh glass of lemonade in a cookie. Did not find the cookie crumble but it is a very tender cookie.

Dry. Not a big fan

Super easy and fast, we added yellow to the glaze and I diced the lemon peel instead of zesting cause we like peel but it all came out good.

Depending on your oven, the time in the oven may be too long. Personally some of mine burned under the 5 plus 9 minutes. Besides that, the cookie is very crumbly which is great. It’s nice and light, super buttery. The lemon icing is good but could be too sour for some people. Keep in mind I used lemon juice from the store not lemons besides the zest.

Not really sure what difference the temp change from 320 to 350 did. Easy recipe, and delicious. So unhealthy 🤣👌
