Mini Egg Rice Krispie Treats
Nothing says Easter like Mini Eggs! Take your classic ooey gooey Rice Krispies to the next level by adding in Mini Eggs.

Instructions
Step 1
Line a 9x9" square tin with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Step 2
Melt butter and mini marshmallows together on low heat until smooth and melted. Make sure to keep mixing so it doesn't burn!
Step 3
Once melted, remove the pot from the heat.
Step 4
Stir in Rice Krispies.
Step 5
Add in Mini Eggs. You must work fast here as the mixture is warm and you don't want the Mini Eggs to melt!
Step 6
Transfer into the prepared pan and press down firmly. To minimize the sticky mess, press down with a greased cup or greased hands!
Step 7
Melt the chocolate chips on low heat or in the microwave in 15 second intervals.
Step 8
Pour and spread evenly on top of the Rice Krispies.
Step 9
Sprinkle extra Mini Eggs on top.
Step 10
Set in the fridge for one or more hours, slice into squares, and enjoy!
