Velveeta Mac and Cheese

I added more noodles. It made a lot of sauce!

The sauce was too thick - next time I'll make a thin white sauce rather than medium. And, I'll double the topping.

I added smoke paprika and baked in my smoker. Really good

Added some bacon bits to the topping -yum

If you want it to be a bit more crisp use the bacon grease with the butter for the bread crumbs

My family loved it. I'm not a huge fan of Velveeta, but, I've made it five times for them.

Absolutely love this! My kids ask for it all the time! Full of flavor! I add extra bread crumbs and use any noodles. Make sure to mix cheese threw out noodles before cooking!
