Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Definitely too much milk for the icing but otherwise very good, would suggest 1 tbs to 1/2 tbs of milk for the icing.

I wanted less sweetness, so I skipped the glaze. Definitely a thick batter, as the notes say, but it comes out great. I used an 11x7 inch dish, and it took about 46 minutes to bake (but my oven always tends to take longer to bake).

Turned out so well! Had to use gluten free flour bc it's all i had on hand and I couldn't even tell. Definitely making again

I used blackberries that I had on hand. It came out well!

It was delicious! Personally I would probably reduce the amount of blueberries by half a cup. It was a little too soggy with 2 cups

A fluffy cake with crunchy topping that is not too sweet and perfect to have with a cup of coffee. Pictured is without walnuts. Personally it was not my favorite, I prefer something less cakey.

Good - not too sweet, great for breakfasts. Best served with vanilla yogurt & a cup of coffee
