Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt
Step 3
In a separate bowl whisk together butter, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla and egg
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts
Step 5
Chill dough for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
Step 6
Form dough in 12-15 balls and press down into discs
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes and transfer to cooling rack
