Broccoli Chicken Casserole

This was very good! I doubled the soup and used mixed veggies cause that’s what I had. Used cream of chicken soup.

It was pretty good. Maybe a 7/10. It lacked a bit in flavor, but was fairly consistent and good overall. Would make again.

Can use bread crumbs or cracker crumbs instead of stuffing. Add black pepper. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces. I prefer cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom. Consider adding a little half and half.
