or crushed, fire-roasted are nice here

finely chopped, optional, adds a kick of heat

chicken, or veggie

1 cupdark beer
or sub more broth

1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
optional, or soy sauce

1 teaspoonsdark cocoa powder
optional, adds delicious depth
