Instructions
Step 1
Poke holes in the pumpkin with a fork. Place it in the oven for a few minutes (ca. 10 min) to soften the pumpkin. This will make it easier to cut the pumpkin.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin and empty the center. Cut the pumpkin in fries size and place it in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the cornstarch. Make sure all the pumpkin pieces are fully covered.
Step 4
Add the oil, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Step 5
Place the pumpkin in the air fryer for 20 minutes on 200 °C.
