Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mash the banana until very smooth.
Step 2
Add in your coconut and an additional add ins like cinnamon or sea salt.
Step 3
Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Form 5 cookies and press them down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

Cool completely, pop in the fridge or freezer for several minutes to quicken the process.
Step 7
In a sauté pan melt your chocolate (or carob) of choice.
Step 8
Using a spoon, drizzle the chocolate onto the cookies and pop into the freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify.
Step 9
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
