Queso Smothered Chicken

One of our favorite dishes. It's great and easy to make

Little spicy used chipolte sauce cooked chicken in pan. Will reduce sauce and south west seasoning

I used brown rice instead of orzo. Everyone in the family loved it!

So good ! Whole family love it !! Only issue was the vellveeta kept cooling off to fast , but that may have been my fault as I’ve never used it . I did double the recipe and it fed our family of 4 with 2 portions left over for tomorrow.
