Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat the oven 180c gas 4 fan 160 Marinade the chicken & onion with the cooking oil and Puréety Fajita seasoning and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight
Step 2
Place chicken in a cooking tray with the onions and a splash of water. Cover with tin foil and leave in the oven to bake for 1 hour @ 180c gas 4 160c fan oven or until the chicken is falling apart. Then take off the foil turn the oven up to 200c gas 6 180c fan oven add the peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes
Step 3
When the chicken is cooked, take two forks and shred the thighs slightly. Mix in the coriander, then sprawl the nachos out on a cooking tray top with the chicken and the cheese. Grill nachos under a medium hot heat or until the cheese has melted
Step 4
Finish with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos. Enjoy & don't forget to share!
