These Eggs Benedict Breakfast Pastries are so easy to make. Made with ready to bake crescent rolls, eggs, ham and a seasoning packet for hollandaise they bake up in no time and they are delicious. These can also be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick breakast on the go.

use the medium sized eggs to prevent spill over, but large will do if that's all you have and you're careful
