This homemade country breakfast sausage is one the whole family will love! This recipe makes 16- 2 oz. patties. You can make them slightly bigger, 2.5-3oz if you want them bigger for sandwiches. It's savory, flavorful and so satisfying. Make a big batch if you want to freeze some for future weekend breakfasts. The patties can be made to fit English muffin breakfast sandwiches for easy grab and go breakfasts!We grind our own Pork (See Link), but we realize it's not feasible for everyone.The base recipe is written for 2 pounds of pork so you can easily scale it up. For example if you're wanting to make 6 pounds of country breakfast sausage, 3X the recipe.
