Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. We add chicken broth later, so don’t put salt too much here.
Step 2
Coat seasoned chicken with flour.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and add butter. Put the chicken in the skillet and cook, turning once, until golden on both sides, for about 8 minutes.
Step 4
Pour white wine, put the lid on the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked inside.
Step 5
Add chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and mix.
Step 6
Add capers, heavy cream, and coat chicken with the sauce.
