Pork loin, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Dump everything in the crockpot and let it cook all day. Can shred or slice the cooked pork. Serve over grits or potatoes. Such an easy and delicious weeknight meal! This is also a great alternative to turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.
