Instructions

Step 1
1) In a medium bowl, stir together meatball until well combined. Scoop out ¼ cup portions of the meatball mixture, roll into balls, and place in a Suvie pan.

2) In a medium bowl, whisk 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp melted butter together until smooth. Add remaining 1 ½ cups chicken broth, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 clove garlic, and 1/4 cup herbs to the bowl, whisking to combine. Pour sauce over meatballs. Load pan into the top zone of Suvie.

Cover pot with lid and place inside the Suvie Starch Cooker, ensuring the pot is centered on the hot plate. Input settings and cook now or schedule. 5) After the cook, use a slotted spoon to transfer the meatballs to the pan with mushrooms, leaving sauce in the pan. Whisk sauce to recombine, return both pans to Suvie, and broil for 10 minutes.

6) To serve, divide pasta and meatballs between plates. Top each serving with sauce and garnish with additional herbs.
