Instructions
Step 1
Combine the flour and greek yogurt and knead using your hands for 5 minutes until well combined and a ball forms. Cover and set in a warm area while you make the filling.
Step 2
Combine the feta, cream cheese, chopped spinach, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Knead the dough for an additional 1 minute. Cut the dough into 4th.
Step 4
Press one of the dough pieces out into a flat circle and add a tbsp of the filling to the center. Wrap the edges around the filling.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining dough pressing each dough ball back down into a semi flat circle.
Step 6
In a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, pan fry each flatbread for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
