Instructions
Step 1
Make the dough by mixing together the flour, salt, water and oil. Once your dough is soft but not sticky, divide it into 6 equal balls.

Step 2
Make the filling by mixing the feta, chopped spring onions, parsley, dill and chopped olives.

Step 3
Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball of dough into a thin square/circle (don't worry too much about the shape).

Add a big spoon of the filling in the middle of your dough.
Step 5
Fold all the sides in, making sure the filling is completely covered by the dough. Use the rolling pin again to flatten it down carefully.
Step 6
Heat up approx 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the flatbread on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the process with all the flatbreads, adding 1 tsp of oil to the pan for each one.

Melt the butter, mix it with some parsley and brush it on each flatbread once cooked. ENJOY! ☺️
