Instructions
Step 1
Add the feta, yogurt, and zest of 1 lemon to a food processor or blender. Blend and drizzle in the olive oil until the feta is smooth. Add a splash of water if necessary if the whipped feta is too thick.
Step 2
Transfer the whipped feta to a bowl and squeeze on some lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil as desired. Optionally top with Dukkah, pistachios, toasted pine nuts, and/or fresh herbs.
