Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the instant pudding powder and 2 cups of milk. Whisk for about two minutes then place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Using a stand mixer, or an electric hand mixer, add 1 quart of heavy cream, vanilla extract, and one can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix on high speed for about 6 to 8 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Remove the pudding mix out of the refrigerator. Add to it about 1 cup of the whipped cream you’ve just prepared, and mix until combined.
Step 4
Add a shallow mix 2 cups of warm water and 2 tablespoons of instant coffee.
Step 5
In a 9 x 13 pan, begin layering starting with a layer of Graham crackers. Quickly dip the Graham crackers into the coffee then begin lining the bottom of the pan until it is all covered.
Step 6
Add a layer of half of the amount of the whipped cream and spread. Top with another layer of dipped Graham crackers. Now add a layer of the chocolate pudding. Continue forming the cake layers until the pan is filled
Step 7
Place in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours before indulging. Enjoy!
