Skillet Chicken and Mushroom Wine Sauce

This is delicious. Worth making for guests with mash & broccoli, or with rice & green beans. Restaurant quality.

Replaced the cream with coconut milk and it was lovely. Would suggest using low sodium chicken stock. It's fairly rich, wouldn't. Not a quick dish for certain.

I’ve made this recipe a couple times before, it’s really delicious. It can take a lot more time to reduce than the recipe says, especially if you use half and half instead of heavy cream. I add a little extra cornstarch and turn the heat up pretty high to speed it up. Go easy on the Dijon if it’s your first time, you can always add more.
