madjool and/or blonde dates, pitted
2 cupswater
hot, for soaking, discard before adding to blender
¼ cupplain dairy free milk

1 Tbspcashew butter
½ tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Into a medium sized bowl, add dates and pout over hot water and soak for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water from the dates.
Step 3
Add dates, plant milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract and flakey salt to a blender.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Step 6
Serve with sliced fruit or on ice cream, enjoy!
