No Bake Classic Woolworth Cheesecake

It was pretty easy to make. I would have wanted it to be a bit sweeter and more sour. Maybe adding a bit of lemon zest/lemon curd to the filling would give it that extra zing. It was my first time whisking evaporated milk, and I would suggest putting your bowl, whisk, and evaporated milk in the freezer for 30 mins before starting the whipping process to ensure the best results.

I made it for a birthday celebration and everyone loved it. It was light and fluffy. I did change one thing. I used Biscoff cookies for about 2/3 of the crust. It is a great desert especially for spring and summer!
