What happens when you buy a huge tub of blue cheese and don't know what to do with it? You discover delicious recipes like this one. We loved the burgers! They're everything we wanted in a burger. I made them in a skillet instead of the grill which meant when the cheese melted it gave them some nice crispy edges. I will be making these again.
