Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a bowl combine cookie crumbs with butter, adding butter slowly until crumbs begin to stick together. Press crust into 9-inch pie dish

Bake crust for 10-12 minutes, allow to cool completely
Step 4
In a stand mixer or separate large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until fully combined and smooth
Step 5
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then beat in sugar and vanilla
Step 6
Fold whipped cream mixture into the peanut butter mixture until well combined and smooth
Step 7
Spread filling on cooled crust and top with peanuts, mini peanut butter cups and crushed chocolate wafers
Step 8
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but ideally overnight
Step 9
Slice to serve and top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and fresh whipped cream
