This recipe worked great. Pretty much reduced exactly in half in 35 min. I did make a couple adjustments like adding a cup and a half of honey and adding star anise. Added the strained stuff to apple cider vinegar with Mother. Gonna let that set for at least a few weeks, shaking often.
