Instructions
Step 1
On a set of weighting scales weigh equal quantities of both sugar and water
Step 2
Heat the mixture gently until dissolved, for small batches this can be done in the microwave, larger batches are best done on the stove.

Keeps for months in an air tight jar or container, I keep mine in the fridge
