Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Drain and rise beans, and place in food processor
Step 3
Pulse until beans are broken down, leaving them slightly chunky
Step 4
Transfer beans to a large bowl and mix in cottage cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, 1 cup cheese and seasonings. Combine well
Step 5
Transfer to an 8-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 minutes, then turn oven setting to broil for 5 minutes so cheese on top fully melts
Step 7
Garnish with green onion and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, and/or celery sticks
