I altered it slightly

Probably wouldn't make it again. The kids wouldn't eat it. The texture was too off at the end with the sour cream and cornstarch slurry. Maybe my fault.

Added Worcestershire sauce and cumin as a lot of people recommended. Tried without and it was VERY bland. Also chopped the mushrooms so my kid wouldn’t notice them as much.
