Easy Instant Pot Beef Barbacoa

This turned out so good!!! The flavor was wonderful and the meat cooked perfectly. I made it in a crockpot instead of IP and it cooked for about 3.5 hours on high for it to be pull apart ready

We loved this as tacos and then leftovers as burrito bowls. Great flavor and perfectly cooked.

This was easy to make and absolutely delicious. I definitely need to use fewer peppers for the family next time. I used 5. Perfect for me, but the others...not so much 🤣

Good overall, need to cut down on the peppers for my family as they don't like spicy. I paired with mashed potato and they liked it.

Used ground roasted cumin that I roast whole & grind about once a month, and added some extra cumin directly to beef after mixing the sauce in at the end. Delicious. I have a good bit of leftover sauce I’m trying to figure out how to use other than drinking it straight up, as tempting as it is to do so.
