The recipe mentions seasoning besides salt, but doesn’t say what seasoning. I used pepper and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. The recipe doesn’t mention when to put the sausage back in. I added it back after the cream and before the spinach. I think I will purée the carrot, celery and onion next time. Overall, good flavors.
