Original NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Didn’t have vanilla extract so used maple syrup and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Added walnuts. Made a half batch and turned out delicious.

As always, delicious. I subbed butter for sticks of vegetable oil (Imperial) because that's what I had on hand.

Meh. I've had better. Way too flat. I chilled the dough and still came out flat.

Awesome used this recipe over and over! To make chewy soft cookies I add an Xtra egg and chill dough for bout an hr covered before I start making the cookies comes out perfect every time!

I use this recipe whenever I need to make chocolate chip cookies, it is amazing. The only thing that I do that is different, is that once they are done baking, I sprinkle some Maldon flaked sea salt on top of the cookie, and it perfects the cookie. Adds a little saltiness to the sweetness of the cookie, it is perfection!
