Instant Pot Minestrone Soup

I used fresh basil and added it after it was done cooking

We loved the recipe! It will definitely be a go to recipe. Here are some things that I can share about when I made it: -I only had half the amount of tomatoes it called for, so mine was a bit thicker (which we like) -I did not have all the spices (only had oregano), but it was still full of flavor -I did not add balsamic vinegar -I also added turkey meatballs for extra protein

Easy to pull together. It was a bit under seasoned but that might be because of the extra water I added (about two cups). I added a bit more of the herbs, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Definitely will make again.

I spiced it up a bit more because the flavour was a bit blend but the mixture of veggies was amazing

Really good, quick and easy.

It was more hands on than I expected out of an instant pot recipe (more sauté than pressure cooking), and a fair bit of chopping, but it turned out really tasty! I used some miscellaneous pasta we had, spiral and elbow macaroni, worked just fine. Topped it with Parmesan!

Easy prep. Cooked enough pasta (Cavatappi) for a bit of Mac and Cheese.

This was really good. I made the stove top version, added chick peas and used orzo instead of shells. A good amount of prep and knife works but well worth it.

Absolutely a hit!! Added Quorn "chicken" pieces. Didn't have celery or zucchini so I added chopped broccoli (including stalks) in while sauteing the onions and garlic. Doubled the beans (1 can of each)

Added too much pasta 🤣 but it was still delicious ( I didn't take the best photo...)

Took longer to make than I expected. Tastes amazing!

It was ok. The recipe was frustrating to follow. Ended up winging it based on the ingredient list. It was missing something. I will make the soup again but use a different recipe next time.

This was soooooo delicious and hearty! I added red pepper flakes to add some spice.

Really easy recipe, chopping the vegetables took the most time.
