Forget fussing around with making pastry and rolling it out, these easy quiche cups use wonton wrappers to create a quick pastry case. Fill them up with leftover deli meats or veggies from the fridge and lunch boxes are sorted! For a vegetarian option, omit the ham and replace it with peas, grated zucchini or carrot or even cooked mushrooms or capsicum. These quiche cups also make a wonderful appetiser or kids party food treat. You can serve them hot or cold so they can be prepped ahead and transported too!
