Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 C.
Step 2
Add the apple sauce, milk to it and mix it.
Step 3
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, margarine and agave syrup. Mix it well.
Step 4
Stir in the self-raising flour, baking powder and baking soda. Lastly, pecan nuts
Step 5
Transfer the mixture in a baking tin.
Step 6
Cut the pecan nuts in small pieces and sprinkle them on the cake along apple slices.
Step 7
Put the mix in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Step 8
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 9
If you like a bit sweeter, drizzle honey on top.
