Instant Pot Chicken and Rice

Its so good add more chicken and carrots for better results,

This was delicious and made great leftovers. Will use 2lbs chicken thighs next time and more carrots.

Would like to try adding some cream cheese to it next time.

This was pretty good. I increased the chicken, but that's it. The ratio of liquid makes it "saucy" that's pretty good. I was afraid it would make it too soft, but it was good.

Added cajun spices

Very good. I used 3 cups of water instead of 4. I rinsed the rice beforehand. I added Chinese 5 spice powder, the mix, soy sauce and chicken stock. Vegetables: celery, onion, carrots and chopped mushrooms. Added peppers after the rice was cooked.

Love it! Added microwaved/steamed broccoli before serving. So, so good! Definitely will make again (and again).

Very easy and tastes great! I didn't add the parsley because I hate parsley, so I added dried oregano instead.

Added white pepper and a scoop of minced garlic. Also sauteed the rice with the chicken for a bit before adding the broth.

Just okay.
