Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Step 2
Cut the sweet potato and place in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil and salt in the bowl with the sweet potato and toss.

Arrange in the air fryer basket or on the tray in a single layer.
Step 5
Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
Step 6
While the potatoes are air frying, whisk together the remaining 3 tablespoons avocado oil, miso paste, and agave in a large bowl.
Step 7
After the potatoes are done frying, toss the potatoes in the bowl with the miso mixture.
Step 8
Toss until the potatoes are coated and transfer to a plate or bowl.
Step 9
Top with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
